A Blacktown plumbing company that picks up the phone
Started in 2010 with one van and a rule that still stands: the customer hears the price before the plumber touches anything.
Why we started
Luke Haddad spent eight years working for a large franchise, watching customers get quoted by the hour and billed for time spent driving to the supplier. He started Tidemark in 2010 from a garage in Marayong.
The name comes from the line water leaves behind when it's been somewhere it shouldn't. That's usually what we're called out to, and we'd like to be the reason it doesn't happen twice.
We're now a team of five with three vans, a depot on Industry Road and more than 9,000 jobs behind us. Every plumber is licensed, every van carries the parts for the six jobs we do most, and every customer still gets a fixed price first.

The people in the vans
You'll get one of these three. Their photos go out by text before they arrive, so you know who's knocking.
